At PROMEDX Innovations Inc., we respect our client's rights to privacy. It has always been our priority to safeguard any information provided by our clients and we are committed to full compliance with Privacy Laws that relate to aur business.

Our Privacy policy is based on the 10 principles that are set out in the Canadian Federal Privacy Law and are the basis of the Privacy Laws in the provinces where we do business.

This statement is meant to describe the type of identifiable information we collect, why we do so and when we may disclose it.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

PROMEDX Innovations Inc. collects and uses personal information primarily for the purpose of administering records and conducting internal reviews, investigations and complaint resolution processes. Personal information that PROMEDX Innovations Inc. may collect includes: the individual's name and the address and other contact information, such as telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Designation or a title and sometimes signatures of individuals on contracts. Unless a client specifically authorizes us to release personal information, or release is required or permitted by law, PROMEDX Innovations Inc. will not sell, lease, or trade personal information to other third parties.

PROMEDX Innovations Inc. will only ask for information that we need and will only ask for it when we need it. When we ask for the information, we will explain why wee need it and what we are going to do with it.

We will seek client's prior consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information as required by applicable privacy legislation. Subject to legal and contractual requirements, a client can refuse to consent to our collection, use, or disclouser of information. Clients may also withdraw their consent to any further collection, use, or disclouser of information about themselves at any time by giving us reasonable notice. If our intended disclosures or uses of information change, we will notify them accordingly.

Client's personal information will not be used for any other purpose without his or her consent.


Personal information is disclosed on a need-to-know basic to PROMEDX Innovations Inc. and to selected third parties who are acting on our behalf as our representatives, suppliers, or service providers. Such third-party service providers are provided only with such information as is necessary in the circumstances (i.e. individual client information may be disclosed to our Insurance providers). Information provided to third parties may be used only for the purpose stipulated and is subject to strict terms of confidentiality.
