Return Policy

If you purchased Dr D’s  products from your local retailer, please return item with original receipt to place of purchase to claim your refund. 

If you ordered directly from https://doctords.com/, please send refund request to support@doctords.ca and we’ll be happy to address your concerns and refund your purchase in a timely manner.

 Lost Items

If you have not received your package of Dr D’s in a timely way, please contact us as soon as possible at support@doctords.ca or 905.597.6373. If we cannot track the shipment, we will send out a new box immediately.

Exchanges
